One of the kids from "The Sandlot" triggered an all-out emergency at a Vegas hotel last weekend -- when a maid thought she found the guy dead in his room ... but there was one problem ... he wasn't.
Sources tell TMZ, it all went down the morning after St. Paddy's Day -- a housekeeper at the Wyndham Hotel entered a hotel room occupied by 31-year-old Marty York (aka Yeah-Yeah from the movie) and he appeared unconscious.
When the housekeeper tried to wake him, she couldn't. So, she called security, thinking York was dead.
The hotel called 911 and in-house medical staff rushed to the room -- only to find York was actually just hungover ... sleeping off a night off heavy drinking.
The real problem ... Marty slept through his checkout time. Yeah, yeah.

Amber Portwood's landlord is tossing her out in the street -- a fact the "Teen Mom" star might care more about ... if she hadn't been cooling her ass in jail for the last 17 days.
The company that owns Amber's rented home in Anderson, Indiana filed notice with the court yesterday that it wants her out ASAP.
According to the docs, Portwood somehow violated her lease agreement -- no specifics are listed -- and the landlord delivered a "notice to vacate" on Dec. 20 ... the day AFTER Amber got hauled off to jail for alleged probation violations.
Portwood's attorney tells TMZ he didn't know about the notice, so couldn't comment. If Amber misses a Jan. 25 court date she could be evicted immediately.
2012 ... not looking up for Amber.

Cops were called to Lindsay Lohan's Venice Beach pad earlier this evening -- after a strange, unidentified man came a-knockin' ... and Lindsay freaked the hell out.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, the man -- an older gentleman -- arrived at her home around 6:30pm and began knocking on the front door.
We're told Lindsay came to the door and asked what he wanted -- and the man responded cryptically ... that he needed to speak with her.
Unnerved, Lindsay asked the man to leave, but he refused, demanding she open the door. Police received a call minutes later about a trespasser on Lindsay's property. It's unclear if Lindsay made the call.
According to law enforcement sources, cops showed up soon after and arrested the man for trespassing. The man is currently being booked.

TMZ has obtained the cease and desist letter Lindsay Lohan fired off to a Dubai-based party planning company ... demanding they stop using her name to promote a NYE party.
We broke the story ... Lindsay believes the company has been spreading lies about her ... falsely claiming she's agreed to attend a massive New Year's Eve bash on a gigantic ocean liner.
In the letter, Lohan's attorney, Stephanie Ovadia, states the actress "will suffer harm and damage" if the company continues to use her name without permission ... and she's not afraid to sue.
Still no word back from the party people.

Academy Award-winning "Precious" actress Mo'Nique is suing her landlords in Georgia -- demanding she be let out of her $22,000-a-month rental contract ...because her house smells like dog feces.
Mo'Nique filed the papers in Fulton County in response to her landlords' lawsuit -- which claims the actress bailed on her two-year lease agreement, signed in March, and owes $370,000 in unpaid rent and other charges.
But Mo says it's all crap ... literally ... insisting there's a damn good reason she's walking out on the rental contract -- the house stinks of dog feces, wet dog, and urine (of unknown origin) ... not to mention an overflowing septic tank.
But it doesn't end there -- according to Mo'Nique, the house also had a bad mold problem and the security gate was busted.
Mo'Nique claims she struck a verbal agreement with the landlords, allowing her to renege on her contract with 60 days notice because of all the problems -- but Mo' claims her landlords aren't living up to their word.
It's unclear if Mo'Nique has since moved out. Calls to both sides have not been returned.
